Yoga,is not the answer to everything

At the risk of being thrown out of the yoga world and being dematted I have a terrible secret to reveal - yoga may not make you fitter and stronger.

Not on it’s own, anyway.

Which is why we’ve put together a package than takes yoga poses as a starting point and builds on them to make a programme of cardio, strength training and core development that’ll not only get you fitter and stronger but will also enhance your yoga experience and bring new depths to your practice.
