Carolan is a Yoga Alliance Registered 200 Hour Hatha Raja YogaTeacher. She has been practising yoga for 15 years and completed her training with Jo Lochart at the highly acclaimed Yoga Jo’s Teacher Training School in Glasgow.
Hatha Yoga is yoga of the body and Raja Yoga is yoga of the mind. The training she undertook includes all aspects of Hatha Raja Yogaincluding Asanas, Pranayama, yoga anatomy, meditation techniques, observation and adjusting techniques, mudras, chakras and yoga nidra.
Carolan is passionate about the benefits of all aspects of yoga and believes that everyone should have the opportunity to access yoga to enhance their health and wellbeing which is why she decided to share her passion and become a Yoga Teacher.
Evening Hatha Raja yoga with our teacher Carolan. Hatha Yoga is yoga of the body, Raja Yoga is yoga of the mind. This is a one hour class which combines breathing techniques, asanas and guided relaxation. The class will work towards strengthening your body and calming your mind and will leave you feeling energised, refreshed and relaxed.
