We run our 30 minute HIIT class on a Friday at 5pm. This is a great class to kick start your weekend as the class might only last 30 minutes but the fat burn effects last hours after the class is finished!
The iconic.HIIT class is a High Intensity Interval Training class which means we do short blasts of high intensity exercise for a short period of time. The intensity level is your own, this class is suitable for beginners and those in peak physical condition.
